Whether it’s cold heating, a stuck window or a broken light in the stairwell – just let us know. You can easily report damage in your apartment or house online or by phone. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
Emergency service – when it’s urgent
Burst pipe, power cut or heating failure in winter? In such cases, you can also reach our emergency service outside our business hours. This is carried out in cooperation with the company Tele-Dialog. Please note that minor damage or non-urgent damage is not a case for the emergency service. In these cases, please use our regular damage report.

meer:hilfe supports people of all ages with care needs – whether single, in a partnership or as a family. The aim is to maintain independence in their familiar home. The services range from everyday assistance to support in applying for a care degree.
An open meeting place for all generations in Neustadt. Whether it’s a meal together, creative courses, games afternoons or PC training – there is space here for people to meet, exchange ideas and help themselves. Over 40 volunteers organize a varied program for young and old.
